ACT provides an application for a sliding fee scale for all services except Alcohol Education/DUI Classes, Domestic Violence Classes, and Anger Management Classes. HOWEVER, for outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment, the sliding fee scale rates (unless a voucher has been issued by a 3rd party payer such as criminal justice or Region 5) are not subsidized and was established by the agreement of the counselors of ACT. This also applies to mental health assessments.

For individuals with low income seeking an alcohol and drug evaluation, this service may be provided under the terms of the Region 5 contract with a copay charge of $10 to $70 depending on eligibility based on income and household size.
